Mission
Prevnet Network is a European network of bodies promoting the use of telematics for the prevention of drugs and other substance misuse.
It is basically the process of sharing our experiences in the field of telematics on topics such as: What is a good website for drug prevention? Cannabis knowledge tests: are they useful? Can I use chat services in drug prevention?
PREVNET NETWORK IS A EUROPEAN PROJECT
Supporting the development of telematic methods for drug and alcohol prevention. It will provide a place to share experiences on telematics drug and alcohol prevention in a candid, multi-cultural environment, at the professional level.
General project objectives
- Promote the use of telematics for the prevention of drugs and other substance misuse, dependencies, and related risk
- Stimulate transnational and multidisciplinary exchange & co-operation to enable professionals to exploit opportunities offered by new communication technologies
- Contribute to cultivate prevention professional’s skills to exploit telematic methods, improving the quality of services and products
